Last week I made some very cute tartlets.
They are a pate sucre crust painted with white chocolate, filled with a lime curd mousseline, and garnished with a maracschino cherry.
I didn't quite have the whipped cream lime curd ratio spot on so they were quite sour. Needless to say, I thorougly enjoyed feeding them to the unsuspecting students and staff of OCCI. Ahaha!
