Next week Cookin' Up A Storm is starting which is kind of like a culinary camp for high school students.  They stay in the dorms during their visit and come to OCCI during the day and get to cook in the kitchens and learn from several of our chefs. 

As culinary ambassadors Jen and I worked this "camp" last year and it was quite a bit of fun.  It helped me realize how much I've learned since my first day of class.  My favorite is all the knives in the dish pit.
