PROCESS
1. Melt chocolate and butter together and let cool to room temperature.
2. Beat whites at medium speed until fluffy, then on slow speed for 2 minutes to firm.
3. Mix sugar and honey into chocolate mixture, then salt and vanilla.
4. Sift flours together and add to chocolate mixture. Add walnuts mix to combine.
5. Fold in egg whites.
6. Bake at 375° F for 10 minutes then decrease oven temperature to 300° F for twenty minutes or tester comes out clean.
