So I have survived my first cake project, the 50 year anniversary cake. It came out well I suppose, there were flaws but that is to be expected of someone's first decorated cake. There a few things done well though, which I am happy about.
Overall though I think I took a lot from that experience. Some things I will probably never do again, and some things I can probably do again without hating my life. I have one more project ahead of me, and its my final so I hope I can pull off something really nice with my one week's experience.
