No Knead Pizza Dough


I felt such a useful recipe should be shared.

3 cups Bread Flour

1 1/2 cup Water

1/4 cup Oil

1 1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Sugar

1/4 tsp Yeast

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together, cover and let rise for 12-24 hours.

2. Punch down dough and divide into 4 pieces, let rise another 1-3 hours

3. Roll out each portion into flat rounds. Spread desired toppings and bake at 450 - 500°F

The dough will be very sticky and you will need to use plenty of flour and work quickly to keep it from sticking but its worked good for me so far. If I find a better recipe I will be sure to post it.
