So I managed to create the baked potato bread I was so excited about a while ago. There was a lot of frustration along the way before I found a working recipe but at least I found one that works and has gotten pretty good reviews. Unfortunately the working recipe is fairly hard to produce as well. Even if it is slightly impractical it's always a good feeling to have built a working formula from the ground up using nothing but what you have learned.

Newest project I am working on is making a bite sized desert for an upcoming even "East Meets West". I will be making a green tea sponge cake with black current spheres. I am pretty excited about the black current sphere part, because that means I get to dabble in molecular gastronomy. Yay edible science!
