The time has come to say goodbye. I only have three more days of school left at OCCI, then its on to the real word. A lot of hard work and great opportunities are ahead of me and everyone else at OCCI, it is time to make the best out of what we have learned over the last few years.
The time has come to say goodbye. I only have three more days of school left at OCCI, then its on to the real word. A lot of hard work and great opportunities are ahead of me and everyone else at OCCI, it is time to make the best out of what we have learned over the last few years. Also, it is important for us to remember a few things: stay busy, stay dedicated and remember that people can only make you feel inferior if you let them. Most importantly, stay humble, because nobody really wants to hear about how great you think you are.
Also I would like to say thank you to a few people. Thank you to all of the chefs at OCCI, for being great instructors as well as role models. You truly inspire us to achieve great things throughout our careers and lives. Thank you to the ladies in the office at OCCI, (Jamie, you rock the casbah) for dealing with all of our financial aid and advising needs. Thank you to the Chefs at Dining Services, for all of the great learning opportunities throughout the year. Lastly, thank you to my classmates for all of the good times. I wouldn't trade the memories or friendships I have made over the last two years for anything. Good luck everyone with the next chapter.
