The end has arrived

I guess in the end of it all we find ourselves looking back at the beginning of it all and thinking about what we could have done differently. As this year comes to an end I catch myself remembering all the good times from school and how I’m going to miss everyone here.

I guess in the end of it all we find ourselves looking back at the beginning of it all and thinking about what we could have done differently. As this year comes to an end I catch myself remembering all the good times from school and how I’m going to miss everyone here. I have gained many friends since I have been here and I hope to keep each and every one of them as I go throughout my career in the culinary world. At the beginning of the year we were told that the most in important thing for chefs is connections and who you know, and to never burn bridges because you never know when you’ll meet up with someone again, I hope that I keep this is advice with all of my friends I have gained here at school.

Every day in class was an adventure, new jokes, new rumors, and new trials. I think if there was anything I would have changed about the past year, it would have been to pay a little more attention during lecture and I think that most of the school would agree with me that it is important to make sure you pay attention.

I had so many good times attending this school, from hanging out and talking with the chefs to just hanging out in the dorms relaxing from a hard day’s work. I couldn’t have been happier than I am from attending OCCI and I learned so much in such a short time, I wish to thank all the chefs and students who helped me learned all that I did this year.
