students sever mealUPDATE  2017-18 School Year - Chef's Table is on Hold

Unfortunately, our student run Chef’s Table program is on hold for the 2017-18 school year due to lack of students needing externships here in Coos Bay.   Our 2016-2017 culinary and baking students have packed their bags and traveled elsewhere to complete their graduation requirements. 

This is a positive situation for our students that they have found places to work to earn their degrees but we are sad that we can’t run Chef’s Table this term.  OCCI hopes to continue the tradition of Chef’s Table lunches as soon as we are able and when we have the resources to do so successfully.

Chef's Table offers real-life restaurant experience for our students and the community by offering creative and tastefully prepared meals that delight diners.

Lunch is $15 for a three-course, delectable lunch that will begin at noon.  

 

 

 

Please Note: The Chef's Table is offered as an educational experience for our students. We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Payment information: Cash, credit cards or checks are accepted. Gift certificates are also available. All gratuities are designated to the OCCI Culinary Team.

Please note: Parties over six (6) require a 50% deposit and we will need to know your final count by the Monday preceding your reservation.
