ProStart Competition

OCCI is hosting ProStart, a cooking competition for High School students on Saturday, April 21st. There are 6 teams that consist of 4 students per team. Each team will prepare 3 courses of 4 plates all within 90 minutes.

Three judges from the culinary industry will judge the competition. Trophies and scholarships will be given out to the top three placing teams.
