OCCI Teams to Compete

Please help in wishing the following students and staff luck, as they represent the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute of Southwestern Oregon Community College in the Annual 2008 Junior Hot Food Competition in Medford, Oregon on Saturday February 16th.

Chef Shawn Hanlin and Chef Tom Roberts will be accompanying the students as team leaders, mentors and coaches. Students Billy Ashley, Chris Dilts, Brand Dowdy, Elizabeth Elliott, Jessica Ellsworth, David Hutchinson, Krystle Grim, Ben Mattingly, Tara Pryor, Dominic Sammons, Justin Smith, Antom Strom, and Kelsey Terry, will represent OCCI.

The competition will be held at South Medford High School on February 16, 2008, beginning at 7:00 am, with judging to conclude by 3:00 pm and an awards ceremony to follow directly after.
