COOS BAY, OR – The Mill Casino and the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute (OCCI) will be hosting a culinary challenge called Quick Fire on January 24. The challenge pits the Boys & Girls Club Junior Chefs against the NBHS Culinary Junior Chefs.
The event will take place in the Salmon Room of the Mill Casino. Doors open at 4:15 p.m. and the competition will begin at 4:30 p.m., continuing for about 2 hours.
There will be nice items available for auction. Admission is only $10 to the event, with proceeds benefitting the North Bend High School Culinary Program and the Boys and Girls Teen Culinary Scholarship Fund.
