On Thursday, Dec. 6, at 10 to 11 a.m., The Oregon Coast Culinary Institute Baking and Pastry Arts Program students will be displaying gingerbread houses they are creating in class. They will be displayed in the OCCI reception area. All four structures are at least 2 feet by 2 feet in dimension at the base.
