Oregon Coast Culinary Institute
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to an affordable culinary school on the West coast and the only culinary school in Oregon located on the majestic shores of the Pacific Ocean.
As you know, it is a fabulous time to join this industry. As the culinary arts field continues to grow at a vigorous pace, OCCI offers the practical, competitive skills necessary to ensure a rewarding career. Because of our small class sizes, students receive individualized, hands-on learning. Our certified chef/instructors have years of professional and teaching experience, accompanied by first-hand knowledge of what leading food service employers are looking for in graduates. They have used this knowledge to prepare an intensive, fully accredited associates degree program designed to place students in a career-track culinary position within a very short time.

Oregon Coast Culinary Institute will be hosting, “Cookin’ up a Storm”, a summer culinary day camp for high school students who are 16 years of age or older and are interested in exploring the culinary and hospitality industry. We would like to invite your interested students to attend this four day intensive cooking program in which they will learn alongside our award-winning chef instructors.
The program is designed to expose students to basic cooking skills, but most importantly, we want to provide a learning environment that will assist students in making an informed decision about attending culinary school. During this program students will learn sanitation, knife skills, introductory baking and how to prepare a basic meal. They will also get to take a tour of the campus, watch a cooking demonstration by a certified chef, and have the opportunity to interact with current students.
The program will take place on July 21, 22, 23 and 24 from 12:30 - 5:30 PM and the cost is $50 per student.
