American Culinary Federation Membership/Certification

For ACF Membership and Certification, please do the following:

  1. After graduation, complete the ACF Membership Application and send by fax, email or regular mail to the attention of culinary student

  1. Once the application(s) is received by Shawn Marie, she submits required information and payment to ACF. You will then receive confirmation by email and also by regular mail.
     
  2. Once you have finished your externship, paid your balance, and received your diploma, complete the application for Certified Culinarian or Certified Pastry Culinarian.
     
  3. Make copies of your transcripts, diploma and certificate from graduation that shows your hours for safety, sanitation, and management classes.  Log in to myLakerLink to print a copy of your un-official transcripts. Do not send payment with your application, the fee has already been paid. 
    Allow up to 3 weeks to receive your certification.
